Giving to our Ministry

At St Mark’s, we believe that giving is an act of worship and a joyful way to support the work we do in the parish. Donations from our community are essential—not just to keep the lights on, but to ensure we can continue to serve and reach out to St Helens.

Find out ways you can give on this page.

Ways to Give

In Person

We can receive donations in person at church, whether in the form of cash or through our contactless card reader.

Bank Transfer

You can donate through your bank account. Details are available by contacting us.

Cheques

We can receive cheques by post. Cheques should be made payable to St Marks PCC St Helens

Gift Aid

If you’re a UK taxpayer, you can make your donation go even further by ‘Gift Aiding” it. This allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give—at no extra cost to you. It’s a simple way to increase the impact of your generosity and support the work of our churches.

If you’re eligible, please do consider checking the ‘Gift Aid’ when making your donation through the Parish Giving Scheme, or alternatively get in touch with us for a Gift Aid form.
